Rallyhaven is operated by Ohev Tech GmbH. The app is currently in TestFlight preview.
App license
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license. These notes describe Rallyhaven's training service and hosting features; they do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Training use only
Rallyhaven is for simulated exercises, not emergency dispatch, navigation or life-safety decisions. Do not rely on device alerts, map content or synchronization for real-world emergency response.
Hosting and subscriptions
Participants join free. Hosting is offered through a single-exercise credit (reference US price USD 49) or annual facilitator subscription (USD 249 per year), with a first hosted exercise free. Hosting access is enforced in both TestFlight and production with separate purchase and trial records. Actual regional prices are displayed by the App Store. Unused credits do not expire; up to 50 exercises may be owned at one time. Annual access permits new exercise creation while active; existing exercises and saved results remain accessible after expiry.
Apple billing
Payment is handled by Apple. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings and request refunds through Apple. Deleting your Rallyhaven account does not cancel your subscription. TestFlight sandbox purchases do not charge real money or carry into public-release hosting access.
Shared content and availability
Only submit content you are entitled to share with your exercise members. Shared updates require service connectivity and acceptance. Notifications can be delayed or unavailable, and offline conflicts require review. Retain appropriate copies of reports you need. Contact jean@ohevtech.ch for service or account support.
